I'm seeing Royal Castle and KFC advertising grab n go meals at a couple locations. Not sure how legit these ads are but it has me confused.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but the reason given for not allowing restaurants to do delivery or takeout was because they didn't want people congregating in kitchens to prepare the food. I definitely heard that in a press conference.
So how is it now ok for KFC and Royal Castle? Is the chicken preparing itself? Are the meals being packaged by machines and sent out by drones?
If I'm wrong (which is plausible I guess) and it is indeed allowed then can all restaurants legally bring their staff in to do the same? What's the problem with them doing delivery and takeout then?
If delivery and takeout is dangerous for restaurants then how is it safe for groceries to do?
Can anyone help me make it make sense?
